Ratner, Blumefeld and Dead Real Estate Deals

Ratner is sunk in the dead real estate deals. The deals are not going to work. With the Madoff ponzi scheme dead, Blumenfeld Developer Group, BDG, is now publicly losing tons of money. They were caught in the Madoff bag. But their partner, Forest Ratner is also in deep doodoo, because Forest Ratner is the partner of Blumenfeld for the huge East Plaza project in Harlem, on the East River (FDR) Drive. Forest Ratner has projects all over the country, but the biggest and the craziest one is the Brooklyn Yards Project, with its skyscrapers, phoney affordable housing, and basketball stadium.
